My condolences to the Kuehl family. Howard was one of the fellows at Brum's Dairy who took this young lad under his wing when I started my first job as a teenager. He was always a gentleman to work with and to talk to anytime we met since that time long ago. Rest peacefully Howard.

Our deepest sympathy to all the family on Howard's passing. We lived across the street from the family 73 years ago, and we have many very fond memories of the "Kuehl Kids" as we fondly referred to them. My Mother, Florence Gagnon was good friends with Violet, and we visited with them often, and they with us, like we were all one big family. I particularly remember Mrs. Kuehl's donuts!
My sister Janice was similar in age to Lorraine and Donna, whereas I was closer in age to Kevin and Karl. In fact, I met Kevin in Cyprus in 1964 when I was about to return to Canada, and he had just arrived for his tour of duty.
Wayne walked me to school on my first day at age 6, and I still fondly remember that day at age 78. I will always remember his kindness and gentleness.
Occasionally I would meet Howard or Wayne and I cherished the rare opportunity to rekindle our relationships.
In more recent years I had the pleasure of meeting Karen after her marriage to James Kutschke, and that afforded an opportunity for me to catch up on her family.
We continue to keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless!

We extend our deepest sympathy to Marie and all of the Kuehl family. When we tried to think of words to describe Howard the word KIND came up so many times.... and SMILES. He was blessed with a beautiful loving family and they were blessed with having him in their lives. We pray that memories will be shared for days and years to come. God Bless you all and hugs from Wayne & Linda Reiche
