Peacefully at Miramichi Lodge Pembroke with her loving family by her side , on Saturday July 25, 2020 at the age of 92 years. Jean Green (nee Lamkie) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Desmond (Bud) Green. Loved and cherished mother to Lyle Green (Lorraine), Elaine Green and Jane Green all of Pembroke. Predeceased by her infant daughter Constance Jean. Loving grandmother to Lisa Green, Lee Green (Jill), Derek Brazeau (Laura), Duane Brazeau and Sarah Green. Predeceased by infant granddaughter Constance Doreen Jean Green. Great grandmother of Jacob Leclerc (Amber Mae), Emma Stewart, Ashton, Pascal, Desmond and Nevaeh Brazeau, Jordan and Abigail Green. Predeceased by son-in-law Bevet Brazeau. Daughter of the late George and Ethel (nee Severin) Lamkie. Dear sister of Idena Edwards (late Archie), Velma Cliche (late Harold) and predeceased by sisters Eva Landry (late Carl), Evelyn Koss (late Lorne), Fern Goldberg (late Richard), Betty Prince (late Arthur), Darlene Raymond (late Joe), Gwen Smith (late Walter) and brothers Lyle Lamkie (WWII October 31, 1944) (late Mary), John Lamkie and Ernest Lamkie (late Madeline). Sister-in-law of Parnell Green. Sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews. Friends are Invited to share their memories of Jean with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service is Private.

A Grave side Service will be held on Saturday August 1 at 2:00 p.m. in Wesley United Cemetery. DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS OF COVID-19 MANDATES, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME - FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND VISITATION and AT THE CEMETERY. Please feel free to bring your own face mask or one will be supplied to you at the Funeral Home. (Please call the funeral home at 613-735-5711 if you wish to attend the visitation.
