My condolences to Louis's family. I never got to meet any of you, except Freda, who is my cousin, because I had already left Pembroke before you came onto the scene.
I played baseball with Louis for the Pembroke Pirates, and I still remember the night Louis was sliding into third base, and broke his leg.
Most of the team has now moved on to the great baseball park in the sky. We had some good teams, and had a lot of fun. Miltie got there a couple of days before you, and Nelly is waiting with your glove. Rest in Peace my old friend.
